Safeguard the health of employees, Data base containing all occupational health data for each chemical is available to all employees for them to understand health risks.
Employees and visitors in production area are required to wear proper preventive equipment such as safety helmet, rubber gloves, goggles and face mask.
All workshops are equipped with exhaust absorption and leakage preventive equipments.
Provide refreshing drink daily to employees to prevent sunstroke during summer.
Developed tools to carry out work place assessments on employees' exposure to chemicals.
Provide appropriate information and regular training to our employees.
Every employee will be arranged to take physical examination in the public hospital. |

Work and process safety
Dangerous substances are kept in separated warehouse, and are subject to stricter written procedures for storage, material issues according to legal and internal requirements.
All areas are equipped with fire/explosion equipment. Fire detection and fire extinguishing systems are available in critical areas.
Invite external consultant company using methodology to systematically find potential hazards and evaluate and reduce the risks of aspects of operations.HAZOP reviews have been carried out for new installations from engineering design, start-up to commercial campaign.
Developed internal safety standards and provides support to all related divisions in the implementation of these standards.
Emergency Management
Risk is routinely evaluated before, during and after activities.
All sites have established their own emergency committee to deal with incidents and emergency situations. Alongside the existence of the technical measures to fight an emergency, the emergency committee are well organized and regularly trained for their tasks.
Internal and external fire brigades train and test emergency response with real life scenarios; local authorities (firemen and civil protection) also participate in these drills, to ensure immediate action and minimize harm to people and damage to property, equipment and the environment. |
